Why can’t I get my chosen blog name? |

Each name is unique so unfortunately you can not choose a blog name that has already been registered.
Blog names must be alphanumeric i.e. no punctuation, spaces or special characters |

How can I create a new article on my blog? |

Log in using your username and password in the usual way. Go to the Administration Centre and click on the FILL YOUR BLOG button. Next, click on the CREATE AN ARTICLE button on the left hand side of the page which will bring up a page where you can write your article. |

Log in using your username and password in the usual way. Go to the Administration Centre and click on the FILL YOUR BLOG button. Next, click on the MANAGE MY ARTICLES button on the left hand side of the page which will bring up a page with a list of your articles which you can click on and edit the original text. |

How can I upload media applications on to my article? |
|
Log in using your username and password in the usual way. Go to the Administration Centre and click on the FILL YOUR BLOG button and then click on the CREATE AN ARTICLE section on the left hand side of the page. Select a media icon by clicking on the VIDEO/IMAGES/AUDIO button and then click ADD to upload an existing file in your library or a new file to your article. |

What is the maximum file size for the media elements that I upload? |

Maximum filesize is 25MB. |

The conversion and approval process make some time to upload due to server traffic, but please be patient and your file will be uploaded. |
